This is a nice, compact size, easy to use hand held massager. This is great for personal use and also good for travelling due to the small size of the massager. I like the design and the fact that you can direct the device right to area of pain, tension, or tightness. I have tried this when I got a bad headache and it really did wonders. I used it to massage my forehead, temples, and the back of my neck. This really helps to relive the tension and stress. It has two settings low and high. The low is a more slow but steady feeling, pulsing into my sore neck and head. The high setting is a more fast, intense vibrating sensation that almost tickles. Both settings are good depending on the area and level of pain. I really like the fact that this is not large and bulky like some massagers I have used in the past. This one is very easy to store. The only thing I can say that may be a disadvantage is that if you are looking for a really strong intense massager for really deep muscle pain, this one might not be quite strong enough for that. But it does work very nicely. I love mine and I am very happy with it. Check it out on Amazon.
